THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic team player for an immediate start to join our Asia Pacific Team on a casual basis up for 22.8 - 38 hours a week. The successful applicant will speak and write Thai fluently, as well as have a high level of oral and written English skills. The days for which the shifts may require attendance are Monday - Friday, from 9:00am to 5:10pm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contacting registered mystery shoppers/auditors to allocate evaluations according to each client service standards and guidelines
- Quality checking through online reports
- Following up and confirming with shoppers and auditors reported information is accurate and correct
- Escalating any market related and quality related issues to appropriate management
- Ensuring shopper/auditor email enquirie's are responded to and resolved effectively
- Continually providing feedback to shoppers/auditors as required
- Introducing new registered shoppers/auditors to GAPbuster and ensuring they are provided information and training to fulfill their duty
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Thai
- Excellent phone manner
- Efficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft Suite & Internet
- Effective problem solving skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, and meet set targets
- A hard working and dedicated approach
- Prior customer service experience
