ที่ผมมาอยากรู้คำตอบ เพราะผมอยากให้คนไทยได้สมัครทาง online จริงๆเลย ไม่ต้องไปขอใบรับรองจาก สท. แล้ว ผมคิดว่าการที่ได้รับใบรับรองจาก สท. ในปี 2005 ซึ่งไม่สามารถสมัครทาง online ได้ (สมัครทาง online เริ่มปี 2006 อ้างอิง http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/8886.htm) เพื่อเป็นการช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตัดสินใจในการออก visa ได้สะดวกขึ้นหรือป่าวครับ แล้วการสมัคร online ผมคิดว่าคนที่จะพิจารณาในการออก visa ให้จะเป็นส่วนกลางที่นิวเลยมั้งครับ ตรงที่สถานทูตที่ไทยเป็นแค่รับเอกสารบางอย่างที่เค้าอาจจะต้องการขอเท่านั้น เพื่อนๆมีความคิดเห็นอย่างไงบ้างครับ

พอดีเมื่อกี้เข้าไปดูข้อมูล online มาที่ http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/general/generalinformation/statistics/ เจอสถิติที่น่าสนใจเลยเอามาให้ดูครับ [quote]Application Criteria 2005/06 2006/07 2007/08 2008/09 2009/10 Thailand Working Holiday Scheme 116 114 99 89 101[/quote] จะเห็นว่าปี 2005, 2006, 2009 ทางสถานทูตออกวีซ่าให้เกินโควตาด้วยครับ :ohmy: ทีนี้มาดูของปีที่ผ่านมา [quote]Application Criteria 2009-07 2009-08 2009-09 Thailand Working Holiday Scheme 6 59 36[/quote] จะเห็นว่าเดือน ก.ค. ส.ค. ก.ย. ออกวีซ่าให้ 6 59 36 ตามลำดับ โควตาเต็มไวมากๆๆ ถ้าไปดูข้อมูลที่ http://www.opp.go.th/information_newzeland.php จะเห็นได้ว่าทาง สท นั้นเค้ากว่าจะให้ใบรับรองจาก สท ได้ก็ปาเข้าไปกลางๆเดือน ส.ค. แล้ว สันนิฐานได้ว่า 6 คนที่ได้วีซ่าไปตอนเดือน ก.ค. นั้นคือคนที่สมัครทาง online หรือ คนที่ได้ใบรับรองจากปีก่อนนี้นี้หรือไม่ จากการดูสถิติในการออกวีซ่าปี 2008 นั้นยังมีโควตาเหลือ ดังนั้น 6 คนที่ได้วีซ่าเดือน ก.ค. แทบจะเป็นไปไม่ได้เลยที่จะเหลือมาขอตอนเดือน ก.ค. (แต่ก็เป็นไปได้นะครับ แฮ่ะๆ) สรุป ผมคิดว่า 6 คนที่ได้เดือน ก.ค. คือคนที่สมัครทาง online ครับ :unsure:

คุณ Ohng ข้อมูลปึ้กมากๆเลยค่ะ ตอนนี้เราอยู่ออสฯ และ สนใจจะสมัครไปนิวต่ออีกปี (แล้วเป็นปีสุดท้ายที่มีโอกาสแล้ว) ด้วยมีความหวังว่าทางสท.จะมีการประสานงานที่ดีขึ้นกับสถานทูต แต่ดูๆ แล้ว ยังหาความแน่นอนไม่เจอเลยหรือนี่

Dear Khun xxx, Thank you for your email. Hopefully I can answer some of your questions. The letter from OWP is required for all applications that are submitted directly to our office or for applications that are submitted online. If people lodge an application online and are not able to produce this letter then we will not be able to approve their visa application. When this happens a place under the quota will become available again and someone else can lodge an application. The letter from OWP is not required for applications that are lodged in New Zealand. This does not create a big problem as we only get very few applications each year from clients who are already in New Zealand. Kind regards xxx

อ๋อ ขอบคุณมากครับ ถ้าเป็นแบบนั้นจริงก็จะได้เคลียร์กันตรงๆไปเลยว่าอะไรเป็นยังไงกันแน่ สรุปขอให้ยืนยันอีกทีได้มั้ยว่า คนไทยในประเทศไทยต้องใช้ใบรับรองจาก สท. แ่ต่คนไทยในนิว ไม่ต้องใช้ใบรับรองจาก สท. เพราะตอนนี้หลายคนมันไม่เคลียร์ อีกอย่างในเว็บที่ให้สมัคร online เค้าก็ไม่ได้บอกว่าคนไทยในประเทศไหนบ้างต้องใช้เอกสารอะไร รบกวนคุณ tomi ช่วยตอบด้วยนะครับ ไม่ทราบว่าคุณ tomi เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่สถานทูตป่าว เพราะจะได้ถามอะไรอีก

ใกล้จะสมัคร WAH แล้ว ผมมาขุดกระทู้นี้ที่เป็นประเด็นร้อนเมื่อปีที่ผ่านมานะครับ ใครที่สนใจสมัครของนิว ก็สมัคร online ไว้เลยนะครับ เพราะไม่งั้นจะโดนคนที่สมัครทางไกลในนิวเอาโควตาไปหมดนะครับ :(
