I have been working as a [ชื่อตำแหน่ง], and I earn xx,xxx THB on a monthly basis. 

For your consideration, I attached the following documents with this letter;

- My 6 month bank statement (KASIKORN BANK ,Account No. yyyyyyyy, Account Name :yyyyyyy)    

- My [employment letter /business registration certificate /etc : หลักฐานที่มาของเงินของเราเอง เช่น จดหมายรับรองการทำงาน ]

- My household registration 

- My ID Card 

- Personal Income Tax Return Form (เช่น PND90/ PND91/etc) 

- Company's letter notifying 50,000 THB bonus.

Also, from my bank statement, you can see that there was a fund of 50,000 THB deposited into the account on 1st of May 202x. After the deposit was made, the balance has continuously been more than 150,000 THB, which exceeds the minimum  financial requirements for the visa. 

I would like to clarify that the amount was paid by my employer as a bonus on my performance.
