- My household registration

- My ID card

- My latest tax assessment (เช่น PND90 / PND91 / etc.)

- Company's letter notifying 50,000 THB bonus / tax evidence

Also, from my bank statement, you can notice that a deposit of 50,000 THB was made into the account on 1 May 202x. Following this deposit, the balance has continuously remained above 150,000 THB, which exceeds the minimum financial requirement for the visa. 

I would like to clarify that this amount was paid by my employer as a performance bonus for 202x. Please refer to my tax assessment document, which outlines my whole-year income including the bonus, and my employer's bonus notification letter attached with this application.
