I can confirm that I had previously transferred 120,000 THB  to my [relationship เช่น son']s account on xx July 20XX to financially support his/her Work and Holiday Visa application. 

For your consideration, I also attached the following documents with this letter;

- My 6 month bank statement (KASIKORN BANK ,Account No. yyyyyyyy, Account Name :yyyyyyy)    

- My [employment letter /business registration certificate /etc : หลักฐานที่มาของเงินของ sponsor เช่น จดหมายรับรองการทำงาน ]

- My household registration 

- My ID Card
