We are an established, expanding food distributing and importing company. We are seeking an energetic, proactive and customer service oriented individual to work with our Sales team. Responsibilities include: • Data entry, • Telesales, • Generating sales reports, • Providing sales support to the department, • Resolving internal and external customer service enquiries, • General administration duties. With minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will have: • Outstanding telephone manner, • Excellent customer service, • Exceptional interpersonal skills, • Superior computer skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • English and Chinese/Thai speaking skills, • A team player, • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast paced environment, • Experience in the food industry will be a great advantage.
