This truly is a great team to work in. It is a very dynamic and diverse environment. What will your new role involve? For the successful candidate, the role entails providing telephone & email based support to multilingual customers (English and Thai). You will answer approximately 35 to 50 calls and provide support to customers on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for the following: Resolving 70% of queries at first contact Monitoring email queues and back up for 2nd level queues Documentation of all problems, status updates, and resolution for tracking and trending analysis Your skill set Strong communication skills in English and Thai Customer service experience Experience with the use of Lotus Notes, MS Office and Windows Drivers licence and own car is highly desirable Please note that you will be required to work a rotating roster which includes some after hours support.
