สำหรับการยื่น Work and Holiday Visa หลักฐานชิ้นนึงที่สำคัญที่สุดคือหลักฐานการเงินครับ

ในบทความนี้ผมจะยกตัวอย่างจดหมายเรื่องการเงินที่ควรเขียนให้สถานทูตในกรณีที่มีคนโอนเงินมาให้ครับ :)

**ย้ำกันรอบแรกก่อนว่าจม.เหล่านี้ให้ใช้เป็นตัวอย่างเท่านั้นครับ ให้ดู format ในการเขียนพอ เพราะแต่ละคนมีสถานการณ์ทางการเงินต่างๆกันไปครับ**

จดหมายที่เขียนให้สถานทูตควรจะเป็น formal letter และควรจะมีอย่างน้อยสองฉบับในการที่มีเงินโอนเข้ามาครับ

1. Evidence of source of fund เป็นจม.ที่เราเขียนเองอธิบายเรื่องการเงินของเราว่าก้อนใหญ่ต่างๆมาจากไหน
รายได้อะไรเรามีที่มายังไง ทำงานอะไร

2. Financial Support Letter / Financial Declaration

จม.ที่คนที่ให้เงินเราเขียนอธิบายความสัมพันธ์รระหว่างเรากับเค้า และอธิบายว่าทำไมให้่เงินเรา โดยแนบหลักฐานการงานการเงิน ของคนโอนเงินให้เราไปด้วย

ตัวอย่างจดหมายอธิบายเรื่องการเงิน

I, ชื่อพี่สาว, who is the applicant's, ชือเรา,sister, write this financial declaration letter to explain about the funds transferred to applicant bank account.

I transfered XXX THB to my sister's bank account (ใส่รายละเอียดบัญชีที่โอนเข้า) on วันที่ because เพราะอะไร. The evidences attached with this letter are;

- Copy of my bank book - ชื่อธนาคาร / เลขบัญชี / สาขา / ประเภทบัญชี
- Copy of my national ID Card / Passport
- หลักฐานการทำงาน
- หลักฐานการโอนเงิน
- อื่นๆ


I work as a...ทำงานอะไร. So, the main source of my income is from... แหล่งที่มาของเงิน
I believe that money would help her to...คิดว่าโอนให้น้องแล้วจะดียังไงช่วยน้องยังไง

**ที่ต้องย้ำกันมากๆเลย คือจม.ทั้งสองแบบนี้ เป็นตัวอย่างเท่านั้นนะครับ เพราะแต่ละคนมีสถานการณ์ต่างๆกันไป ดังนั้นต้องเขียนอธิบายของตัวเอง ด้วยตัวเองให้ละเอียดที่สุด โดยมีหลักฐานแนบไปให้หมด เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่สถานทูตทำงานได้ง่ายครับ**
