มีห้องเดี่ยวว่าง 1 ห้องตอนนี้ สามารถเข้าอยู่ได้เลยค่ะ

ต้นเดือน พย. นี้จะมีห้องว่าง อีก 2 ห้อง เป็นห้อง คู่ กับห้องเดี่ยวว่างค่ะ

- ห้องเดี่ยวราคา $500/ Month (ปรับราคาทุกห้องเดี่ยวคิดเท่ากันไปเลยค่ะ $500 รวมบิล )
- ห้องคู่ราคา $80/ คน / Week ถ้าอยู่คนเดียวคิด $530/ Month ค่ะ
(ราคานี้ รวมค่าบิล น้ำไฟ แก๊ส อินเตอร์เนต ให้เเร้วนะคะ)

เป็นห้องส่วนตัว ไม่ต้องแชร์กับใครเลยนะคะ

**ขอรับเฉพาะ น้องๆที่อยู่ขั้นต่ำ 3 เดือนนะคะ.. **

บ้านใหญ่ พื้นที่กว้างขวาง ห้องนอนสวยใหม่ สะอาดมาก รับประกัน
เฟอร์นิเจอร์ครบ ถือกระเป๋ามาอย่างเดียวนะคะ มีห้องครัว มีเครื่องซักผ้า มีห้องนั่งเล่นและเตาผิง
ห้องทานอาหาร สวนหลังบ้าน พื้นที่ ออกกำลังกาย แบบส่วนตัวๆ อ่างอาบน้ำจากุซชี่
ห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำ มี 2 ห้อง แบ่งเป็นชั้นบนกับชั้นล่าง ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องการแย่งห้องน้ำแน่นอนค่ะ
ที่บ้านมี heater และ air condition ไม่ต้องกังวลทั้งหน้าร้อนและหน้าหนาวนะคะ

บ้านใกล้สถานีรถไฟ มีร้านอาหาร ซูปเปอร์มารเกต ร้านขายของชำ
นั่งรถไฟเข้าเมืองสะดวกมาก ใช้เวลา 35 นาที นั่งสายเดียวถึงเลยค่ะ

ค่ามัดจำห้อง 1 เดือน คืนให้เมื่อย้ายออกค่ะ..
ขอคนที่รักษาความสะอาด และไม่สูบบุหรี่ นะคะ

ถ้าใช่ สถาบันนี้อยู่ตรง Lonsdale st ค่ะ..
สามารถนั่งรถไฟ จากบ้านไป ลงสถานี Melbourne Central ใช้เวลาประมาณ 35 mins ค่ะ
นั่งสายเดียว ถึงในเมืองเลยค่ะ หลังจากนั้นเดินไปที่ ร.ร.ได้เลยค่ะ ไม่ไกล ประมาณ 6 นาที

เดือนหน้าจะมีห้อง คู่กับห้องเดี่ยวว่างค่ะ

ห้องคู่ ไม่ว่างแล้วจ้ะ จะมีห้องเดี่ยว เหลืออยู่ 2 ห้องจ้ะ

เรียน dockland ไม่น่าจะสะดวก เพราะ dockland ต้องนั่งแทรมจากในเมืองออกไป อีกสักแป๊บ นึงจ้ะ
เท่ากับว่าต้องต่อ รถไฟ แล้วก็ แทรม อีกต่อ ..

ที่นี่เหมาะสำหรับน้องที่เรียนในเมืองค่ะ นั่งรถไฟสายเดียวถึงเลย ..
